1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using:

Please provide your Order ID, registered mobile number and the reason for cancellation.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If the customer no longer wishes to receive a dispatched order, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s bank account or payment account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability

In rare circumstances, an order may need to be cancelled by Styleraahi due to reasons such as:

  • Product becoming unavailable
  • Inventory or stock discrepancy
  • Pricing or product information error
  • Delivery service limitations
  • Other unforeseen operational circumstances

If Styleraahi cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

6. Cancellation Due to Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.

This includes:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • Complete delivery address
  • PIN code
  • Product size, color or variant, where applicable

If incorrect or incomplete information causes delivery failure, the order may be cancelled or returned according to the applicable circumstances.

7. Refund After Cancellation

After a cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be initiated within a reasonable processing period.

The actual time for the refund to reach the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway and the customer’s bank or financial institution.

8. Cancellation Request Not Guaranteed

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation.

If the order has already been processed, packed or dispatched before the cancellation request is received, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We will inform the customer of the available options based on the order status.
